Business Development Manager – FinTech

SterlingCard is recruiting a Business Development Manager -Fintech to lead in presenting Merchant Services sponsored by Royal Bank and BMO (Visa, Mastercard) and Business Finance (SMB loans) to ecommerce, B2B and retail merchants across Canada.

You have a natural predisposition for client engagement, thrive when managing your own ”business” and are very comfortable in the SMB market. The confidence you exude shows you are thoroughly comfortable conducting cold introductions and enjoy making the challenge of service problems disappear. Experience proved success shines in finding opportunities to assist organizations in accelerating their financial growth with technology, speed and performance. You are self motivated, enjoy conversing with clients in-depth about their business model, enjoy building partnerships and prefer to work hands-on to solve challenging dilemmas.

Comfort level with the C-suite will show you are a consummate entrepreneur at heart and you want to succeed with passion to make a mark in our ever changing industry. You’re a quick study and have a proven track record negotiating and closing both short and long sale cycle deals.

The successful team member will have experience working independently, be comfortable leaning on their teammates when needed, all while exhilarated to be in a fast-pace environment building a solid career path.
